German actress Antje Traue has been cast as the Kryptonian villain Faora in Zack Snyder’s upcoming Superman: Man of Steel. Traue will join forces with Michael Shannon as General Zod to battle Henry Cavill as Superman.
Faora first appeared in DC Comics in the 1970′s and was the basis for the character of Ursa in Superman and Superman II.
