Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark are world famous for being Batman and Iron Man, but each are also famous for having truckloads of cash. It makes you wonder, though, which billionaire (or maybe trillionaire) playboy is worth more?
Bruce Wayne is a son of the prominent Wayne Family, a dynasty with riches that go back generations, and Tony Stark is the son of a rich-ass family too. In Marvel and DC stories, however, it’s always seemed like the Stark riches came from industrialization, weapons manufacturing and engineering in recent decades while the Wayne riches seemed like they came from more diverse sources and stretched back to like, 1 million BC or something. In short, the Starks seemed like new money and the Waynes seemed like old money. But, since weapons and industrialization technology are billion dollar industries, the Starks could have come out on top.
