Here in Round the Web, we try to find the niftiest items from the internet this week. We will be showcasing selections from DeviantArt, Etsy, and other assorted places to find you the coolest of what the interwebs have to offer. So here we go for the week ending on 6-15!
Batgirl by Eurasiannlynx
Over at Deviantart, EurasiannLynx has done this amazing painting of Batgirl (after Bruce Timm). Check out her gallery for other pieces, including Batman, the Joker, and the Human Torch.
Batman and Bride Cake Topper by CreativeButterflyXOX
CreativeButterflyXOX has created a cool little set of cake toppers for the geek crowd. This set features Batman as the groom, but check her store out for other geek toppers, including a matching set for Han and Leia!
Tourist by ArmyAmber
ArmyAmber has created a series of “levitation” photos. Some of which include our favorite skunk haired mutant. This is a gifted photographer with a bit of the nerd inside of her, and I would highly recommend you check her stuff out.
YJ: I’ll be Back Again by ~Aster-Hime
Though she usually spends her time as various anime characters, Russian Cosplayer Aster-Hime has done a series of our favorite location-named Miss. No, not the Swiss one, the other one.
Cat Avengers by Alana McCarthy
Artist, pet lover, and geek Alana McCarthy has done this fantastic piece featuring…well…cats as the Avengers (though the title of the piece kind of tipped us off to this). Check out her gallery for more pet-themed geeky goodness!
Xavier is Reading Your Mind by alessandelpho
Rounding out the week is this piece featuring the Big Giant Head Professor Xavier staring directly into your soul! Or perhaps I have a guilty conscience. In either case, check out his gallery for a lot more of this talented artist.

About Mark Driscoll
When not ranting about the current state of his favorite comics or working on L33t, Mark spends a majority of his time renovating his newly purchased, 120 year old Victorian house. Badly. He is very bad at talking about himself in the third person, as he thinks it make him sound pretentious.
